• Authorization data: Webflow user identifiers, authorized site IDs, OAuth access tokens, and session tokens created after you connect AltWrightr.
• Project metadata: Asset names, image URLs, CMS collection and item identifiers, field names, and current alt text values needed to scan and update your Webflow content.
• Operational data: Scan requests, apply actions, timestamps, and technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and error reports.
• Support data: Information you provide when you contact us, including your name, email address, and message details.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate you with Webflow and maintain authorized sessions
• Scan authorized Webflow sites for missing or incomplete alt text
• Generate suggestion drafts from filenames, asset names, and available CMS context
• Apply approved updates to Assets, CMS fields, and Rich Text content
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service
• Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations

3. Alt text suggestions

Suggestions are generated from metadata already available in your Webflow project, including image filenames, asset names, and available CMS context. No third-party AI provider is used to create these suggestion drafts.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only with:

• Webflow: to authenticate, read site data, and write approved alt text updates through the Webflow API
• Service providers: such as hosting and logging providers that help us operate AltWrightr
• Legal authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public

5. Data retention

Authorization tokens and session data are retained only as long as needed to provide the service or until you revoke or uninstall the app. Technical logs and support records may be retained for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes for a limited period.

6. Security

We use measures such as OAuth, scoped Webflow permissions, HTTPS transport, access controls, and restricted production deployment settings. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
• Withdraw Webflow authorization at any time through your Webflow account or app settings
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
